Ok, yesterday I provided you with the basics of what you need to do in order to lose weight quickly. Today I would like to go into much more detail of my “how to lose weight in a week” plan and provide you with a simple step-by-step formula.
As I already pointed out, the secret to losing weight quickly lies in speeding up the metabolism. This of course, this approach won’t allow you get rid of 20 pounds or more in a week. If you need to lose a lot of body weight, you would choose different, much more long-term approach to get rid of body fat.
Now, let’s have a closer look at our how to lose weight in a week plan:
- Avoid foods containing lots of sugar and/or fat like sweets, burgers, French fries….
- Certain nutrients like spices can help to accelerate your metabolism. So, don’t hesitate to add some spices to your food.
- Ideally you should have 4-5 meals throughout the day. Have bigger meals in the morning and smaller ones in the afternoon and evening. Don’t skip any of your meals – especially your breakfast. - Do a 5 minute warm up, then maybe 20-30 minutes of weight training and close your training session with another 20-30 minute cardiovascular training. If you are not used to exercising, try at least to have a good walk in the park
